Named chemistry, dedicated vessels
Friedel–Crafts runs on a 4 KL glass-lined anchor reactor and Grignard on a 5 KL stainless train with MS condensers — the demanding steps have their own equipment rather than competing for it.
Built for the volatile ones
A 5 KL reactor with 12, 4 and 2 m² SS condensers plus a dedicated high-vacuum setup handles low-boiling products that ordinary trains lose to the vent.

An extensive effluent treatment plant treats plant effluent and is run to keep the works close to zero discharge.
